Organizing everyday income into shared wealth.
First Capital Renewable Energy CDC is a 501(c)(3) Community Development Corporation. We believe the biggest untapped economic resource in the country isn't a commodity — it's the combined purchasing power and labor of the middle class, organized with intention.
Our mission
For decades, wealth-building tools — investment funds, group purchasing power, ownership stakes — have mostly been available to people who already have capital. We exist to bring those same tools to working families, laborers, and small businesses, structured as a nonprofit so the benefit flows back to the community rather than outside investors.
We do this through the Group Economic Engineer model developed in partnership with Support New American Patriotism & Politics Inc. (SNAPP Inc.), our platform and infrastructure partner. Together we run 16 community wealth programs that members can participate in to reduce costs, create income, and build a shared community fund.
How the model works
Members and participating merchants contribute through everyday purchases and modest membership fees. Those contributions are pooled, tracked, and routed into community programs and a shared fund — so participation builds an ownership stake over time, not just a one-time benefit.
Everything runs on a step-by-step path, from free public education through full program participation.

A registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit
All First Capital Renewable Energy CDC programs operate under our nonprofit structure, for the benefit of the community we serve. We're based in West Columbia, Texas, and organize locally first.
