Legal and Criminal Justice System

Legal Services
Legal Services is a service that will play an important roll within First Capital Renewable Energy 501C3 Community Development Corporation line of wealth projects. We believe that everyone should have access to their choice of legal service. As a bailiff in the courts, I observe countless individuals that appear in court representing themselves because they do not have the funds nor the access to hire an attorney and most of all they have zero knowledge of representing themselves nor knowledge of the criminal justice system. This project is simple and is far overdue, we advertise the attorney business and their skills and the attorneys supports First Capital Renewable Energy 501C3 Community Development Corporation non-profit by donating to support our wealth projects. The end results the middle class and the labor force obtain counsel. Our group economic engineer agrees to be tutored by Support New American Patriotism and Politic Inc concerning our wealth projects. After the tutoring the group economic engineer legal service wealth project will be funded by Support New American Patriotism and Politics Inc. All tutoring and donation will be on an agreed systematic base.

There are around 30 million small businesses in America which all are interested in a dollar cost saving economy. Businesses are our back bone especially in small town America. We depend on it for sale tax and local employment but when these small businesses are blindsided with another entity call tariffs there is no recourse to offset the added cost other than passing the tariff cost on the consumer. This forces the businesses and the consumers to engineer a creative economic instrument that will override a tariff or the business will cease to exist. To be successful the middle class, labor force and businesses must override a tariff, a unique created economic instrument must be implemented an operated collective and corporative. The businesses volunteer to support First Capital Renewable Energy Community Development Corporation 501C3 non-profit human renewable energy wealth projects. The Group Economic Engineers in partnership with Support New American Patriotism and Politics Inc agree to its policy that they will shop at the business store that they selected and will purchase the agreed minimum purchase which will automatically trigger the release of First Capital Renewable Energy 50C1C3 Community Development Corporation “Business Opportunity Network Distribution” (B.O.N.D.) which automatically overrides the tariff. The store passes the tariff off to First Capital Renewable Energy 501C3 and the non-profit transition the tariff to Support New American Patriotism and Politic Inc and there it is transform into a sovereign wealth fund and deposited into the Group Economic Engineer’s Public Option Rights to Economic Security account. In these special accounts we will lobby our congress and senators to pass a bill that will tax these accounts, not on every dollar the Group Economic Engineer make but tax them on the growth of the wealth of that individual’s project.

We also support Engie a renewable battery storage energy company, we have a long-term contract with the company which enable us to invest into the communities. Engie battery storage through it land lease agreement with Support New American Patriotism and Politics Inc have given it a tangible opportunity to reinvest into its neighborhood and create a group economic community that will uplift the community and towns in near and far areas. We have the opportunity to lift the middle class and the labor force up and at the same time support businesses by moving their goods and services in a buy local manner.
