    First Capital Renewable Energy CDC is a 501(c)(3) Community Development Corporation based in West Columbia, Texas. It organizes working families, laborers, and small businesses into 16 community wealth-building programs, funded through member contributions and participating merchants, with the goal of reducing costs and building shared community wealth.

  • Is First Capital Renewable Energy CDC a nonprofit?

    Yes. It is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit Community Development Corporation, and all of its programs operate under that nonprofit structure.

  • Does it cost anything to learn about the program

    No. Steps 1 through 5 are published free on this website, with no account or application required. Step 6 and beyond are taught in a live learning class scheduled directly with a First Capital consultant.

  • What are the 16 community wealth programs?

    They cover renewable energy access, flood infrastructure, farmer and rancher aid, education access, criminal justice support, teacher and tutoring support, local infrastructure, drug treatment, affordable housing, veteran support, a Social Security supplement, a sovereign wealth fund, legal service access, human renewable energy organizing, additional income access, and tariff support for businesses and consumers.

  • What is the B.O.N.D. program?

    B.O.N.D. stands for Business Opportunity Network Distribution. It's the mechanism that channels contributions from members and participating merchants into the organization's shared community wealth fund.

  • Who can become a member?

    Anyone can read Steps 1 through 5 on the website at no cost. Step 6 and beyond are taught in a scheduled learning class, open to individuals, laborers, and small business owners who contact First Capital to book a session.

  • How do I access Step 6 and beyond?

    Steps 6 through 16 aren't published on the website — they're taught directly by a First Capital consultant in a scheduled learning class. Contact us to book a session.

  • What is SNAPP Inc. and how is it related to First Capital?

    Support New American Patriotism & Politics Inc. (SNAPP Inc.) is First Capital's platform and infrastructure partner. It supports the technical and administrative systems that keep programs, records, and member accounts connected.
